All applicants must meet the licensing requirements as provided in the Tribal/State Compact, pass a criminal background check and submit to drug testing.  Applications are accepted on the first and third Friday of each month at 8.30 am and 10.30 am. Three forms of identification are required for processing applications and must be presented with the application. They are a Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Photo ID, and Alien Registration Card, if applicable.
